I have never in my life seen a physician who spent three hours of one-on-one time with me and who cared as much about my healthcare.

The J Flowers Team is very professional and they work cohesively together as a group to determine an accurate mental health diagnosis, an undetermined medical diagnosis, and the team helps coordinate care once a client leaves the program. The most exciting part to me, as a physician, is the easy communication and coordination of care that transpires for the patients during their stay in the program and after they leave the program. I have seen tough mental health conditions be tackled with finesse.

My experience with following patients seen at the J. Flowers Institute has been very positive. The close follow up and the communication with the referring providers is excellent. In order for the patients to get better, a comprehensive team is needed, and that's what they have.

The fact that J. Flowers Health Institute (JFHI) includes a spiritual assessment as part of a client's overall evaluation speaks volumes to me. So often this dimension of a person is neglected and, yet, it is my belief that it is at the core of the human person and can be very significant in the healing process of one's life. Spirituality means different things to different people. The JFHI staff realize that meeting people where they're at with respect, empathy and through impeccable providers.
The warm, relaxed environment at JFHI removes barriers from the first moment on site or by phone with their staff. There is no "white coat syndrome"; to be feared for clients as the attention to hospitality has been carefully considered in art, environment and personal attention to individuals who have often been through a lot and come feeling very vulnerable. Thank you for this extra touch!
I've always appreciated JFHI's dedication to their clients and families doing whatever is necessary to bridge any gaps and provide services tailored to each individual or family unit. This sometimes involves working on the weekends by tossing a football around, taking a client to a Twelve Step meeting, etc. It may, also, mean scheduling a beneficial appointment on short notice to accommodate a felt need. This is awesome care!
I can't say enough positive things about JFHI. I know they are making a big difference in the lives of people with whom I've spoken who leave their programs with hope, practical tools and access to more peace found within themselves. The essence of spiritual growth is finding interior freedom and a relationship with a higher power by whatever name that is called. So, congratulations, JFHI for offering such a comprehensive service for all those seeking your assistance.

I find what was missing in so many treatment programs is truly knowing all about their patients. The J. Flowers institute is the place to start to know what the patient needs for complete treatment. No one does a more thorough diagnostic evaluation than the J. Flowers Institute. Dr Flowers is the very best at this.
