About United Recovery Project
United Recovery Project’s (URP) unique approach to substance addiction treatment provides a nurturing and empowering environment for clients to find the help they need. Through an expansive, supportive alumni network and a staff made up almost entirely of those with firsthand, personal experience with addiction, clients are supported by those who can directly relate to what they’re going through. URP’s custom-made and holistic treatment program meets each client where they are, working across physical and mental health to help each individual discover recovery in a peaceful environment.
United Recovery provides the exceptional care and the peaceful environment clients need to recover and learn lasting skills. URP’s staff members and their unique position as recovering addicts makes them a trusted resource clients can rely on during treatment. They understand addiction on more than a clinical scale, and it shows in the deep-rooted compassion and empathy each member of their staff possesses. Gender-specific housing enables clients to recover among those most similar to them, and URP’s locations in Hollywood, Florida enable clients at each location to enjoy Florida’s renowned weather year-round.
URP uses a variety of therapy and treatment modalities, including 12-Step and non-12-Step programs, holistic programs, and wellness-focused programs. This variety ensures that everyone receives the best care for them and their specific needs, interests, and desires. United Recovery Project also offers equine therapy, which is a uniquely beneficial therapy modality used across their male, female, and LGBTQ+ groups. URP seeks to find success wherever it may lie, which is why they are proud to offer a range of therapies and treatment approaches.
At a United Recovery Project center, clients will enjoy all the comfort amenities they could need, plus a variety of luxury amenities like personal TVs and Xboxes. Nutritious and health-conscious meals are cooked up daily, with snacks provided in between meals. Being close to the Atlantic Ocean, URP offers beach outings and other outdoor activities to make the most of their warm and sunny location in Southern Florida. Experience recovery and healing among like-minded peers and a staff that’s been there, with long-term aftercare and alumni support waiting at the end of the road.

United Recovery Project features three gender-specific housing facilities: the young adult male home, female villa, and the mature male ranch. Each housing facility has over an acre of land and access to various outdoor activities, lush nature, and a swimming pool.
Each residential home features a large swimming pool, ping-pong, pool tables, separate quiet-time areas, a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor grill, TempurPedic mattresses, and much more. Clients will enjoy top-notch care and amenities during their stay, which URP believes is conducive to focused recovery.
The men and women’s rehab programs deliver the same high-quality therapy, just with a separation of genders. This helps cater to the unique needs and cultural pressures that men and women face separately. Allowing men and women to heal and recover in their own environments helps create an atmosphere of focus, honesty, and comfort.
United Recovery Project treats both addiction and mental health disorders like depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and more to bring deep, lasting healing. Holistic and evidence-based programs and therapies give each client the most comprehensive, relevant treatments on an individual basis.
