About Soberman's Estate
Located in the Sonoran Desert, Soberman’s Estate helps men with addiction and mental health disorders. Their program is designed for maximum privacy, taking place on 5 private acres. With a bed count of 10, treatment at Soberman’s Estate is intimate and personalized, allowing for deep connections between men in recovery and Soberman’s staff. Evidence-based, holistic, and individualized care combine to give men stepping stones to success.
Each client’s experience begins with a comprehensive evaluation. After this, Soberman’s clinical and medical teams design a customized treatment plan. Soberman’s offers medical, clinical, holistic, and spiritual modalities on site. In addition to 3-5 hours of individual therapy per week and daily group therapy, clients can expect to participate in various healing experiences. Soberman’s Estate caters to men in the working world, which is why they allow cell phone and laptop use during treatment.

ART (accelerated resolution therapy) helps treat trauma with ground-breaking speed, while neurofeedback and comprehensive evaluations help Soberman’s Estate give the most relevant care possible. Family workshops and a variety of holistic care options give clients a range of healing outlets, and help heal their families as a whole.
Soberman’s Estate’s ideal location promotes relaxation to aid in the recovery process. They have semi-private and private rooms, chef-prepared meals with local ingredients, indoor and outdoor living space for activities, a putting green, gardens, a pool, equine therapy, and opportunities to attend to business. I used to walk out of the shower backwards so I wouldn't have to look at myself in the mirror, and when I brushed my teeth I would stare at the sink. Today, after 30 days here, I looked at myself in the mirror and liked what I saw for the first time in years.

Sobermans was my third rehab, and by far the most effective for me. The small population (3 to 7 while there) of men over the age of 30 really bonded which led to some powerful and effective process groups. Moreover, I’m still in touch with most of my contemporaries from Sobermans and have even connected with a fair number of prior alums. The alumni community is a valuable part of my aftercare that I was not expecting.

I came to soberman's with my life falling apart. So many distraction from the outside world, and bad news reached me while I was there. Let's face it when you go into a rehabilitation program, you're not in the best of times. Through it all, through all the bad news, all the heartache, the staff at soberman's was with me. I didn't have to face it alone. I was so glad I was there. I was so glad of the loving support. Love and hope are important when you're at rock bottom. Soberman's provides that.

Soberman treats the mind, body and soul. They provided me with the awareness and understanding of how to address and deal with the treatment of this terrible disease.
