About Sandstone Care Virginia
Sandstone Care Virginia understands there is no one-size-fits-all solution. We offer flexible program options such as day treatment and intensive outpatient services. We believe that to be successful in your recovery, we must identify the proper treatment for you specifically.
Imagine the feeling of not only recovering from addiction but reclaiming a healthy mentality and lifestyle as well. That is what we strive to achieve at Sandstone Care. We do this by using evidence-based treatment practices for both substance use and mental health disorders.
Our wide range of treatment approaches and evidence-based practices equip and empower teens, young adults, and their families with the tools they need to make positive changes in their lives. Treatments can include:
In addition, our residential extended care programs offer young adults the opportunity to live in a therapeutic, recovery-focused setting while receiving comprehensive addiction and mental health treatment.
For young adults (18-30) whose current living situation is not conducive to recovery, we offer sober living homes. For clients under 18, the IOP is a longer-term, outpatient treatment option. This after-school program provides around 16 hours per week of heavy academic or vocational support, weekly family sessions, group therapy sessions, and weekly community activities.
