I took FMLA at work and ended up spending 45 days at LHC. It is the best 45 days I've ever spent in my life. I do not have any depression. I don't need any addictive behaviors to make myself feel okay. They utilize many different methodologies. I did acupuncture, EMDR, along with all of the art therapy. Then at the end we did somatic experiencing and that was huge for making a big difference in my life.
