About InnerBalance Health Center
InnerBalance Health Center specializes in addiction treatment using a unique holistic approach. InnerBalance combines Biochemical Restoration, nutritional counseling, talk therapy, and emotional lifestyle counseling that separate InnerBalance Health Center from other alcohol and drug treatment centers. The 28 day residential program promotes proper nutrition and vitamin levels, amino acid therapy, and hormone replacement therapies. The menu is very carefully planned and includes gourmet organic meals. There are 2 registered dietitians on the staff who use the results of lab tests to pinpoint specific nutritional imbalances to then correct them partially through a carefully planned diet. InnerBalance Health Center main treatment modality is dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). Clients have individual sessions 3 times a week and attend a total of 8 group sessions over the course of 28 days. The intensive outpatient (IOP) program provides the same level of care as the residential program to patients who don’t live on the property. That means a total of 80 4 hour group sessions, although their specific time can be flexible depending on clients’ schedules. InnerBalance offers an outpatient program that is a combination of group therapy and individual therapy. While InnerBalance Health Center is not 12-Step, and it encourages its clients to seek community based treatment, whether that's AA, NA, or other peer-supported groups.
InnerBalance Health Center is a Bed and Breakfast style home that offers comfortable private or shared rooms with private bathrooms. Many of the rooms also feature private balconies with spectacular mountain views. In addition, numerous local amenities are within walking distance including a public golf course, beautiful parks and lakes, and the beach at Lake Loveland.
