Infinite recovery in Liberty hill,Tx was a horrible experience for me. It was my first time going to any rehab, detox program. The staff was very unprofessional, , the little place for the ladies was not comfortable & the same food every week wasn’t good. We got 1 hour of television on Saturday nights & had NO private phone calls to family & had a counselor sitting right next to you while you talked for your 15 minutes, we couldn’t read in our rooms or go lay down unless you had permission from Dr. The meds that we needed daily were given at night by staff member who was NOT a nurse & the staff member was not professional at all. They didn’t give me some heart meds I needed & didn’t call my Dr to check which meds I had to take. A lot of ladies left while I was there, they didn’t like the very small house we were in & just the strict policies they have there. I had a counselor who I met with initially 1 time, after that I would ask to talk to her & always an excuse & so no needed time I got with counselor, the staff I had or was around daily talked about other staff, very unprofessional. When I told them I wanted to leave, they said it would be against medical advise & had my family on the phone. At night, being in such small quarters was uncomfortable but male staff would open the door & shine flashlight on every girl to check on us, of course you heard when door opened & they said male staff here. It was just a horrible experience there & I would never tell anyone to go!
