Deer Hollow

Located in a serene mountain setting lies Deer Hollow, a leading mental health treatment center that provides comprehensive treatment to individuals struggling with trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, and behavioral addictions. They offer residential treatment and outpatient services. Deer Hollow approaches treatment differently than other mental health treatment programs by getting to the underlying root or cause of the trauma. The daily schedule is well-balanced with plenty of structure and diversity. The intensive program includes 35 hours of weekly group sessions along with individual therapy sessions and case management. Deer Hollow combines cutting-edge, evidence-based therapies with intensive and comprehensive therapies. Clients will engage in cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), mind body bridging (MBB), psychodrama, internal family systems (IFS), eye movement therapy (EMDR), and schema therapy.

Nestled near the base of the Wasatch Mountains in Draper, Utah, Deer Hollow’s co-ed residential center is situated on two acres of lush wooded landscape. The comfortable center aids in helping clients transform during recovery. Deer Hollow offers a variety of off-site activities like hiking and a private gym. On-site, clients will enjoy yoga, gourmet meals, and space for relaxing or reflecting.
